Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (NIGERIA)
Standard delivery: 3–7 business days
Express delivery: 1–3 business days (available in select cities)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

UNITED STATES AND CANADA
Standard international shipping: 7–14 business days
Express international shipping: 3–7 business days
Shipping rates are displayed at checkout.

EUROPE
Standard international shipping: 7–21 business days
Express international shipping: 5–10 business days
EU customers may be subject to VAT and import duties upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.

REST OF WORLD
We ship to most countries worldwide. Estimated delivery times and rates will be shown at checkout. International customers may be subject to customs duties and import taxes set by their local government - these are outside our control and are the buyer's responsibility.

TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order at normrift.com/pages/track-order or through the carrier's website.

DELAYS
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at hello@normrift.com.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us within 5 days. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
